Do I have to pay anything to apply or get placed?
No. Never. SUGO is paid by our clients, not by you.
Am I an employee?
You work with SUGO as an independent contractor. You sign an agreement with SUGO, not with the client, and we handle your pay and support.
How and when do I get paid?
Twice a month, on the 15th and 30th, for your verified hours. We send it straight to your bank, Wise or e-wallet.
Do I get health benefits?
Yes. After 6 months with SUGO, you’re eligible for a Maxicare unlimited consultation card. After 1 year, you’re eligible for prepaid HMO coverage, renewed each year you stay.
Will my rate go up?
Yes. Your rate increases every 6 months you’re with us, up to $9/hr.
What hours will I work?
A set weekly schedule during US business hours, agreed before you start. Part-time and full-time roles are available.
What if a client treats me badly?
Tell Trichi right away. We speak to the client for you, and if it isn’t resolved, we work to match you with a new one.
I’m new to VA work. Can I still apply?
Yes. If you’re reliable, eager to learn and strong in English, apply. Your test tasks speak more than your résumé.
